Fair, transparent pricing
Payment Terms
I believe in being transparent about my prices.
Invoices for services will be issued within 24hrs of an appointment and should be paid in full within 7 working days.
Payment by instalments is available by negotiation in advance.
I am happy to discuss any bespoke / contract packages if not listed below.
Life Happens! If you are unable to attend an appointment, please let me know as soon as you can and I will happily reschedule.
A fee of £35 is payable for any missed appointment with less than 24hrs notice.
Full Assessment - £575 (£300 non-refundable deposit required at time of booking)
Weekend / Bank Holiday surcharge - £125
Includes:
- Developmental / Sensory History Questionnaire and Analysis
- Sensory Processing Measure (SPM-2) + any other standardised assessments as indicated (eg MABC-3, SOSI-M etc)
- Home OR Clinic session (60-90 mins)
- Nursery / School visit (60-90 mins)
- Comprehensive report including Sensory Recommendations
- Feedback session (30-45 mins)
Ayres Sensory Integration Therapy (ASI) (delivered 1:1 by Advanced Sensory Integration Practitioner)
Goal setting session (50 mins) - £85 - This session is required before beginning a treatment block & allows us to collaboratively develop meaningful goals to work towards during sessions (child must have an OT/Sensory assessment report dated within the last 6 months)
1:1 Treatment session (50 mins) - £95 (£550 when booked as a block of 6 sessions)
Weekend 1:1 Treatment session (50 mins) - £130 (£750 when booked as block of 6 sessions)
Review of goals & feedback session (30 mins) - Free of charge / £50 if written report required
Review Assessment (for existing customers) - £250
Weekend / Bank Holiday surcharge - £75
Includes:
- Review appointment with child at home OR clinic (60 - 90 mins)
- Updates to Assessment Report and Recommendations
Additional Services - £90 (or part thereof in 15min increments)
Eg: school visits, attendance at meetings or annual reviews, additional reports, letters, phone calls or other correspondence and communication
Travel Time - £60 per hour (or part thereof in 10 minute increments)
Payable on all bookings except at clinic*. Time calculated using Google Maps from Durham Base DH1 5QB (return)
Training Packages - POA
Bespoke sensory and specialist training for nurseries, schools, colleges, workplaces etc can be designed and delivered to meet your needs. Please contact me to discuss how I might help.
*Clinic Update: The Cocoon Sensory Space is COMING SOON. Whilst this is in progress assessments will be carried out at home / school address
